Overview
Experience two contrasting destinations in one carefully planned journey, combining the cultural highlights and beautiful landscapes of Sri Lanka with four relaxing nights in the Maldives.
Your Sri Lankan adventure begins in Negombo before continuing to Kandy, with visits including Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and the Temple of the Tooth. Time in Kandy is followed by a journey into the hill country of Nuwara Eliya, an area renowned for its mountain scenery and tea plantations. The itinerary also features the impressive Ramboda and Ravana waterfalls, bringing together some of Sri Lanka’s most memorable natural landscapes.
The tour then continues via Colombo, where a city tour is included, before returning to Negombo for further sightseeing and a temple tour. Throughout the Sri Lanka portion of the holiday, guests enjoy a fully escorted programme, seven nights in carefully selected 4-star hotels and full-board dining, together with sightseeing and entrance fees as specified in the itinerary.
From Colombo, fly onwards to the Maldives for four nights at OBLU Ailafushi Maldives. Stay in a Beach Villa on an all-inclusive basis, with return speedboat transfers included. It is the perfect contrast to the touring programme in Sri Lanka, offering time to relax beside turquoise waters and enjoy the island surroundings.
The holiday is advertised with direct return flights to Colombo, airport and hotel transfers, professional English-speaking guiding in Sri Lanka and all excursions included as per the itinerary.
